Shipping Policy

Thank you for wanting to order from SHEA NEW!  Most of my jewelry is Made to Order and that takes time! I take pride in knowing that the piece of jewelry you are ordering was made specifically for you. Please allow 2-8 weeks for shipping. If you are ordering a Ready to Ship piece, your item will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the design time involved and stone sourcing. If you are in a rush and have a deadline, email me at shea@sheanew.com and I will work with you to the best of my ability.

If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order, please email me and I will customize shipping for you. Items valued over $1,000 must ship via FedEx. Rates will vary depending on declared value.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will only be accepted for my Made to Order and Ready to Ship collections. Items may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All custom orders are final sale. Return shipping costs will not be covered. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me. I value your satisfaction!
